20 Min Full Body Seated Chair Exercises | For Seniors, Elderly, Older Adults, and Beginners

Hi folks.

Here’s another seated chair exercise video for Seniors, Elderly, Older Adults and beginners. This video is about 20 minutes long and consists of approximately 9 different exercises. The demonstrator goes through the series of 9 exercises but then repeats the series of exercises. He makes the point that the complete workout is 20 minutes. What I took from this is that if going through the series of exercises twice is your 20 minute workout then that is fine. Some people may feel like they can do more and that’s fine too. Everyone is different.

What I liked about this video is that the 9 different exercises target just about every part of the body. I also liked that it’s only 20 minutes so it doesn’t tie up a significant portion of your day. You can do this workout everyday or less frequent.

The video and the workout are both designed for a wide variety of people with different goals. I’ll be adding it to may workout routines.
