I found this video from Yoga Veta and wanted to share. It’s a relatively short segment of exercises that appear to be more like stretches. There’s no instruction just demonstration.
I like this video because it’s something I can do before I begin a traditional workout consisting of pushups, sit ups, running and biking.
I think most exercise enthusiasts could benefit from doing the exercises in the video prior to a normal workout. It’s a great warmup and stretch. I’ve started doing the exercises myself and I see the benefit.
