I found this short and wanted to share it. It comes together quickly with numerous vegetables topped with cooked chicken pieces. This is followed with putting together a quick dressing. The dressing is mixed into the salad.
I like this recipe because it is a healthy choice and very protein rich. You could substitute different vegetables if you choose. If you are short on time, this can be put together very quickly. Cleanup seems like it would be easy as well.
Maybe the kids are busy with after school activities or your work day ran late. Or perhaps you need to be somewhere in the evening and just don’t have a lot of time to cook. This might be a good healthy dinner solution for you.
