Trendy Wellness Zone here. We found another video titled Quick & Easy 3 Ingredient Healthy Breakfast Recipe. The demonstrators name is Ritu and she represents Homestyle Cuisine with Ritu.
The ingredients for this recipe consist of 1 carrot, 2 cubes of processed cheese, 2 tbs corn boiled/chopped and 1 egg. The carrot and cheese are both grated. The demonstrator combines the ingredients in a mixing bowl. She adds a clove of garlic grated as well as salt, black pepper and oregano. She then mixes it well with a spoon.
In a pan over medium heat, she adds a few drops of vegetable oil. If you choose to, you can use olive oil instead. She shapes the mixture into 3 flatbreads in the pan. The flatbreads are fried on one side then turned over. She sprinkles the top of the flatbreads with sesame seeds, kalonji seeds and oregano. She then covers the pan and cooks for 5 minutes. The flatbreads are removed to a plate and ready to serve.
This recipe is a very quick easy low calorie healthy breakfast alternative for someone trying to lose weight.
