Morning Yoga Stretching – Health and Wellness

I found this short video and wanted to share. On the surface, it looks like any other yoga video where the different exercises are demonstrated. What we at Trendy Wellness Zone see with this is a series of fluid motions designed to loosen the body for the actual exercise that you intend to do. While it is titled Morning Yoga Stretching, it can be performed prior to any physical activity that you have planned.

If yoga is your thing, great. This is for you. But if you are a jogger or someone who does pushups, crunches and squats, we at Trendy Wellness Zone believe this is for you as well. Anyone about to engage in physical activity should consider taking two minutes and engage in this stretching routine.
