Incorporate 30 minutes of moderate exercise into each day

 

I saw this video and thought it would be good to share.

I like it because it’s about moderate exercise and only about 30 minutes a day. It’s followed up with some strength training a couple of days a week.

If you don’t currently have an exercise routine but want to get back into it, this looks like a great way to start.
