Healthy Vegetable Stir fry | Weight Loss Recipe | Quick & Easy Dinner Recipe

I found this video and I liked it so I wanted to share. It’s a healthy vegetable stir fry. It comes together fairly quick when starting the stir fry process however, there would be some time involved in preparing the vegetables. One of the ingredients is paneer cubes. If you chose to, you could replace the paneer with pre-fried chunks of chicken.

I like it because it comes together fairly quick and it is low calorie.
