Healthy and High Protein Meal Prep with easy recipes

I found this video and wanted to share. The video takes you through a breakfast recipe followed by lunch, an afternoon snack and then finally a dinner recipe.

I like it because the focus for all of the recipes is high protein. Even the afternoon snack is peanut butter based which is high in protein.

I also like the way the narrator broke each meal recipe into individual portions for storage in the refrigerator. The lunch recipe was a layered salad with the dressing at the bottom of the storage container. This is a good idea as it keeps the salad from getting soggy. I think this could easily be taken to a workplace for that lunch break.

Summer is winding down and the kids are going back to school. This series of recipes for a day might be a great place to start if you are looking to focus more on meal planning.
