Full Body Workout Without Equipment

I found this short and wanted to share. As the title indicates, this is about a full body workout without using equipment. The video demonstrator goes through a series of exercises to include pushups, sit ups, lateral squats and pullups. In full disclosure, the demonstrator does acknowledge that you would need a doorway bar or a fixed piece of equipment perhaps at a nearby park to do the pullups.

I like this video because I can relate to it. During Covid-19, I like a lot of folks worked from home. It was a strange time for the world. I started doing some of the exercises demonstrated in this video and more. The preparation was so simple. No driving to a local gym if you could find one that was open. All I needed was a floor. Well, we’ve gotten back to normal but I still do the pushups, sit ups and some other exercises that give me a full body workout. All without equipment.

Maybe you are someone that has to travel for your job and stay at hotels. Most of them do have an exercise room with equipment and maybe even a pool. But, you may choose to stay in your room and get that full body workout without equipment.

From my perspective, it is an efficient way to exercise. You can stretch out the time of your exercise as you are multi-tasking or you can compress the time and focus on just the exercise.
