Delicious Chicken Breast Recipe Quick Easy and Healthy

I found this chicken breast recipe and wanted to share. It looks fairly simple to make which always works for me.

The preparer makes diagonal cuts in the chicken breasts. I assume to get them to cook quicker. The preparer then applies salt/pepper followed by flour. Then into a medium high pan with oil. As the chicken breasts near cooking complete, The preparer adds butter, lemon juice, diced garlic and soy sauce. Finally a small amount of honey is added to the mix.

I like this recipe because it appears to be quick and easy. If all ingredients are laid out in advance, I think it would go even quicker. Seems like almost any side dish could go with this. Or even just a simple green salad.

Summer is over. The kids are back in school. It seems like we have less and less time as we move into fall. This looks like a great weeknight dish for those folks who just don’t have a lot of time in the evening during the week.
