The content of the video does not demonstrate various weight training exercises. The presentation consist of 3 different sections with recommendations before you begin to build muscle.

#1 Visit your doctor. Make sure that there are no pre-existing conditions that may prevent you from engaging in a muscle building program.

#2 Change your eating habits. Embrace a diet that is high in lean protein such as chicken and fish. Also complex carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, rice and oatmeal. Consume protein shakes and of course add fruits and vegetables.

#3 Verify testosterone and hormone levels. If you are on the low end of normal for testosterone and hormone levels, you may want to consult your doctor and perhaps employ a replacement strategy that is right for you. That may include supplements such as fish oil and other supplements as well.

I like the video because the presenter is providing recommendations  and actions that the viewer can take to help them to be more successful in their desire to build muscle.

Over time, we experience age related muscle loss known as Sarcopenia.  A way to reverse that, is to build muscle back by doing resistance training.

We also experience bone density loss. The resistance training can also help prevent osteoporosis.

The presenter does recommend that you start slow with the resistance training to acclimate your body.
