I found this video and wanted to share it. Like many of you, I’m just getting started with Yoga. To be honest, I never thought much of it. As I’ve gotten a little older and experienced an ache and pain here and there, I’ve come to realize that there may be something to it.
What I like about this video is that following the instructions and doing the stretches doesn’t make me sore later in the day. For me I plan to continue with daily morning stretches and expand my routine with additional Yoga exercises.
